FSRS Scheduler Engine
Traditional language apps use basic static intervals (1 day, 4 days, 7 days) to schedule cards. Milevu integrates the advanced FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) algorithm. It maps the biological forgetting curve to schedule recall attempts at the exact moment a word is about to slip from your memory.
Visual Retention Curve
Every card review triggers a real-time stability calculation. As you score "Know" or "Again", the stability coefficient adjusts, recalculating the decay curve. This curve simulates the probability of recall over time, letting you visually track your memory strength.
Continuous Study Synapses
We separate card scheduling into three parallel dimensions: definitions (Remember), pronunciation (Assess), and spelling (Write). This fine-grained memory tracking makes sure you don't waste time repeating vocabulary you already know fluently.
CEFR & IELTS Pathways
Milevu bases pacing algorithms on official CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) guidelines. Moving from A1 to C2 requires specific cumulative study hours. By inputting your target band, we can map your learning path precisely.
Daily Commitment Pacing
Pacing day estimates are dynamic. Milevu monitors your actual saved study logs, averages your daily commitment (excluding the current day), and forecasts the exact duration required to meet your milestones.
*Estimates are calculated using a rolling 7-day average of system logs and previous manual logs. If your daily average falls under 1 minute, standard pacing defaults to infinity until you log new sessions.
